About pages feature on almost every web site, so “About Me” seemed a “Must Have” for this my web site. Whether or not anyone will ever read this page is another matter. When I sit down and think about what to include and what to omit it becomes much harder. Anyhow hear goes, I may add or delete content from here from time to time.
Me in 2011
I live and work in the City of York, this is the place of my birth and I am proud to come from Yorkshire. In my life I have travelled to quite a few countries and lived and worked in a number of locations but I am always pleased to be back in York.
I am fifty eight years old and self employed running a business called RadTronix repairing, manufacturing and maintaining radio and electronic equipment. I am married and have four children and five grandchildren.
My Interests
- Amateur Radio – I think more about this than I participate
- Scooters and Scootering – when I was young I had Lambrettas and Vespas
- Electronics – this interests me
